Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to provide effective marketing support aligned with approved business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and optimize the use of resources such as creative and deployment services to ensure impactful and timely results.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations, coupled with attentive listening and interpretation abilities.
  • Showcase proven teamwork and leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams.


Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Develop a communications strategy, calendars, and timelines to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Guide and influence leadership on the selection of appropriate communication channels, using metrics and data for decision-making.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication plans regularly and make necessary adjustments.
  • Leads as the project manager for significant initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Manages essential resources required for successful execution of projects.
  • Directs the day-to-day communications function for key Markets pillars under their purview.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Earns recognition for profound knowledge both within and outside their business unit, establishing themselves as a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft 365, with knowledge of Creative Suite considered a bonus.
  • Innovate by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance communication goals.


As the job involves preparing materials for various business groups, long hours may be required.
Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience.

Approximately 7+ years of communications, branding or marketing experience is required.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,500 to $251,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $156,600 to $285,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
