As a

Location:

Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

Interface and partner with technology vendors/partners/OEMs.

This role requires an individual to have impeccable judgement, be adept at building consensus across a cross functional team and partnering effectively with other leaders in the design/development/roll-out of new products.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences

5+ Years of Software/Engineering experience in building digital software industrial solutions and delivering software products for Enterprises

5+ years of product offering, product management or Engineering experience in the Industrial sector such as Mining, Chemicals, or Oil & Gas

5+Domain experience in one or more Asset Reliability domain such as Predictive Maintenance, Vibration Analytics, RCM/RBI

Experience working cross-functionally with UX design and software development teams, managing the day-to-day tactics

Prior experience working with scrum or equivalent agile software development methodologies.

Extensive experience in handling and solving operational problems, design and delivery of tools and platforms.

Capable of liaising, guiding business leaders to give their requirements and translating them into technical deliverables
