3 years of experience in a technical or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Ability to multitask with time management and organizational skills.
Ability to change priorities in a changing work environment.
Ability to build responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
