In this role, you will be responsible for developing the world-wide readiness plan for our trainers, field labor communities, and managed retail partner sales professionals, focusing on product knowledge and soft skills/capability. You will identify tools and tactics to drive team readiness using in-person, virtual, and online learning platforms/methods, and design and deliver large-scale, innovative hybrid readiness events in partnership with the Influence team. Additionally, you will create and deliver a soft skills curriculum/program, including editorial calendar, build-out, and delivery, and identify tools and platforms to accelerate readiness efforts, incorporating current trends and innovations.

Your responsibilities will also include measuring and monitoring readiness impact and effectiveness, driving improvements with local markets as necessary, and managing agencies and contract staff to support readiness initiatives. You will oversee and be accountable for the readiness budget and lead the Rhythm of Business (RoB) for Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and execute readiness events. You will also deploy tactics such as certification programs and continuous readiness through the Global Master Trainer (GMT) program.

In managing the online learning and advocacy program, you will set strategy and UX/UI design for the ExpertZone platform, collaborate with the technical lead to drive development and improvements, and drive demand generation and campaigns to build and activate the user base. You will also assess the health and impact of the platform using data, feedback, and analytics, and manage the operations and connections of the ExpertZone platform.As the leader of the Master Trainer Community, you will establish the Master Trainer profile, role, and expectations as WW guidance for subsidiaries, host regular calls and communication to deliver updates, solicit feedback, and build team capability. You will identify, capture, and scale best practices around training techniques, materials, and execution, and manage the world-wide product seeding program, including device distribution, communications, and data capture/reporting.


Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of marketing industry experience preferably in the retail space with experience managing multiple product categories and a complex sales motion.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering readiness programs and understanding of current learning methodologies and training delivery.
  • Proficient in assessing and evaluating training programs, with a demonstrated growth mindset through detailed analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Ability to innovate and drive impactful readiness initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with agencies and contract staff.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness.

Readiness Strategy & Execution

  • Develop the world-wide readiness plan for our 3rd party representatives, focusing on product knowledge and soft skills/capability.
  • Identify tools and tactics to drive team readiness using in-person, virtual, and online learning platforms/methods.
  • Design and deliver large-scale, innovative face-to-face readiness events in partnership with the Influence team.
  • Create and deliver a soft skills curriculum/program, including editorial calendar, build-out, and delivery.
  • Identify tools and platforms to accelerate readiness efforts, incorporating current trends and innovations.

  • Host regular calls and communication to deliver updates, solicit feedback, and build team capability.
  • Identify, capture, and scale best practices around training techniques, materials, and execution.
  • Manage and engage the global Master Trainer community in partnership with support from experts on LOB (Line-of-Business) subject matter.

Performance Assessment & Feedback

  • Establish feedback mechanisms regarding asset consumption and effectiveness.
  • Provide quarterly feedback to the broader team and leadership on competition, learning gaps, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual business reviews and word-on-the-street feedback to provide insights to the business.

Influence Team Support

  • Support LOB learning development, positioning, and messaging as needed.
  • Consult on selling motions, demos, and storytelling.
  • Drive targeted team projects as needed.
  • Ensure continuous readiness through the global Master Trainer program.
