*Carryout the manufacturing plan / schedule to meet production requirements.
*Monitor production to ensure quality products are being produced in a timely,efficient
and cost-effective manner based on quality guidelines and productiongoals.
*Track and report trends on a daily, weekly, and or monthly basis fromproduction,
quality, and efficiency measures.
* Must be able to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements andassists in implementation of solutions to resolve issues and improve bottomline results.
*Make personnel headcount adjustments as needed based on production workload
requirements.
*Provide performance planning, career planning, coaching and feedback tosubordinates
* Manage vacations, attrition and absenteeism of subordinates.
Resources.
*Enforce company safety regulations.
*Assist with solving manufacturing and quality problems that interfere withplanned
schedules. Requires constant reassessment and adjustment ofpersonnel, tooling,
line layout/setup, and training. responsibilities. Verbally coach and counsel individual operatorsas necessary based
on non-compliance with established policies, procedures, or workinstructions.
*Conduct meetings with manufacturing personnel to effectively communicate
management plans and programs. *Manage external customers.

*Support with External Agencies Regulations (FA, EASA)

• English proficiency of minimum 80% (no exceptions)
• Desirable Engineering Degree such as: Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical
• Relevant experience of manufacturing operations and leadership experience (aeroespacial, quality, operations, engineering)
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) / DLE (Direct Labor Efficiency) calculations
• Financial Metrics – Revenue, Labor Productivity
• People manager experience (up to 30 people)
• Lean Core tools basics – Green Belt
• Problem resolution tools
• Communication skills

• US Visa

• Project Management Certification
