Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Bringing analytics capabilities into agile marketing by generating insights from data
Fostering a data driven mindset and analytical decision making ensuring the best user experience for customers and patients
Creating Dashboards in QlikSense for various business needs, with the focus on digital marketing, sales force effectiveness and sales
Establishing and monitoring KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, infographics, videos, animations, websites, landing pages, mobile applications, social media, etc.
Frequently communicating actionable insights, learnings and reports to the agile marketing team and other stakeholders
Building new analytical capabilities and tools together with various Teams/Groups across our compan
Occasionally contributing to projects involving Data engineering, ETL, SQL Queries, Advanced Analytics and AI
Staying on top of the latest digital analytics, measuring methodologies and technology trends
Supporting the creation of user stories together with the product owner and participating in sprint meetings
Education and Experience:
Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, information system management, computer science or equivalent
Experience in data analysis for digital marketing
Experience working with digital marketing tools together with IT departments
Experience with personalization, targeting and segmentation
Experience in data visualization and reporting
Experience with google analytics, web trends, tableau, QlikView/QlikSense or similar tools
Knowledge of correlation between transactional analytics data and customer feedback
Fluency in English. German and French would be advantageous
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or medical device industry is an asset
Knowledge of SQL, ETL and programing languages such as Python is a plus
Advanced Data Analytics and AI experience is a plus
Web Development or other coding experience is a plus
Experience in leading teams with various skillsets is a plus
