As the CT Modality GM, you will be responsible for winning business, owning/influencing commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute commercial arrangements. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required
:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- 15+ years of extensive commercial experience plus minimum of 5 years of experience in selling diagnostic imaging equipment ideally.
- Ideally done at least one role where there is significant annual target size, or managed multi-layer teams.
- Proven strategic thinking and project planning skills.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all level .Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven track record on relationship building skills, high level presentation skills, able to present ideas to customers and luminaries in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with hospital and channel partner C-Suite. Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic.
