Job Description

• Lead (C13) - BI

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field preferred

• 10 to 15 years of strong experience in reporting domain with hands on experience in Designing Reporting Data Architecture, Tableau reporting, Dashboard Designing and Administration.
• Must have good experience in Visual Insight to create customized and interactive dashboards
• Extensive knowledge on I-cube based report development.
• Should have strong Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Must have experience interacting with business engagement teams to define dashboards and reporting solutions to meet diverse, complex business needs
• Solid knowledge of BI Architecture, data warehouse concepts and data visualization best practices
• Highly proficient in writing complex yet efficient SQL
• Aware of Linux or UNIX.
• Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes
• Proficient in Oracle RDBMS and knowledge on Mongo DB would be preferred.
• Knowledge of other BI tools Cognos, MSTR, Arcadia and other BI tools would be preferable

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with caching solution
• Understanding of in memory and implementations
• Knowledge of cloud computing and deployment strategies using virtual environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines
• Ability to produce professional, technically-sound, and visually-appealing presentations and graphics
• Strong writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization skills
• Experience creating high level technical/process documentation and presentations for audiences at various levels. Experience writing/editing technical, business, and process documentation in an Information Technology/Engineering environment
• Should be able to own and manage the reporting deliverables. Managing and tracking reporting team members at offshore.
