Value Assessment & Quantification:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and quantify the business impact of our solutions
  • Develop detailed financial models that demonstrate the ROI, cost savings, and revenue generation potential of our offerings
  • Conduct in depth business analysis to understand client needs, pain points, and growth opportunities

Value Communication:

  • Create and deliver customized presentations that articulate the value proposition of our solutions in a compelling and clear manner
  • Support the sales team in client engagements by providing value based selling tools and resources
  • Develop case studies, white papers, and other collateral that highlight the success stories and business value achieved by our clients

Strategy & Advisory:

  • Advise clients on best practices and strategic initiatives that align with their business goals and maximize the value of their investments
  • Work with product management to align our offerings with market demands and client needs, ensuring that our value propositions are continually refined and relevant
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark our solutions against competitors

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Partner with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on value messaging and go to market strategies
  • Train and mentor sales and customer success teams on value engineering methodologies and tools
  • Develop and maintain a repository of value engineering assets and resources

Skills and knowledge you possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business value engineering, financial analysis, management consulting, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to create complex business cases and ROI analyses
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision makers
  • Experience working in a client facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business processes and value drivers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems)

Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed)

  • Experience in the Video industry
  • Familiarity with value based selling methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving successful business outcomes through value engineering
