The HR Systems & Analytics coordinator role involves managing and optimizing HRtechnologies and system applications, ensuring data integrity, assessing system analytics, andreporting. This role is crucial for helping the HR department make data-driven decisions andimproving HR processes and strategies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HR Systems:
- Support HR systems including design, configuration, implementation, andmaintenance.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Generate and interpret data analytics reports to provide valuable insights to the HRteam and higher management.
- Contribute to automize HR processes through smart use of system capabilities.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Troubleshoot system issues, seek resolution, and manage escalation when necessary.
- Participate in system enhancement projects, from business requirements gathering toproject delivery and post-launch support.
- Utilizing HR data systems, managing HR databases, and ensuring the accuracy andreliability of data.
- Providing technical support to HR and Reward team regarding the HR system usageand database management.
- Management and maintenance of HR systems and database, including system updatesand upgrades.
- Developing and implementing HR process improvements by leveraging existing systemcapabilities.
- Collaborating with HR team members and other departments for system enhancement,integration and project delivery.
- Act as the link within the global network for HR systems and data analytics topics.
HR Analytics:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all HR-related data.
- Optimize the HR metrics dashboard and other data visualization tools.
- Collection and analysis of HR data to identify trends and predict potential issues.
- Help preparing detailed HR reports for management, identifying key findings andrecommendations.
- Collaborating with HR management and other departments to gather and understanddata requirements.
- Partner in creating and maintaining HR metrics, and dashboards.
- Developing and generating custom reports for HR staff and management as needed.
- Actively collaborate on ad hoc initiatives / projects.
Qualifications:
- Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR system administration, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong data analysis skills and solid knowledge of HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other business intelligence software.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Strong project management skills.
