Marketing Events

  • Organize and manage regional tradeshows and congresses in conjunction with Marketing Communications, Product Strategy, Regional Marketing and other cross-functional teams.

  • Lead tradeshow-related logistics including pre-planning, show services, marketing materials, on-site services, shipping, technical services and budget management.

  • Secure premium booth position/signage at shows, negotiate terms with outside vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Lead logistics related to internal meetings and trainings, and client-facing workshops, masterclasses & seminars throughout the year including sourcing, contracting, F&B and AV

  • Source equipment and other related collateral and materials for shows and events and organizing shipping.

  • Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.

  • Communicate effectively and consistently, maintain and develop internal and external client relationships.

  • Manage individual event budgets, process invoices and maintain budget tracker in timely manner

Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support events, branding & tradeshows and ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Partner with sourcing related to scouting, reviewing, evaluating, negotiating and maintaining the vendor pool & relationships.

  • Effective agency management by developing marketing workflows, SOPs, standard briefing document, and feedback process to improve the quality of deliverables.

  • In conjunction with SBU marketing, track marketing ROI and develop insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

  • Effectively communicate analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs.

KOL Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) engagements

  • In collaboration with all internal stakeholders plan and monitor annual KOL engagement calendar

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop objectives for various KOL engagements

  • Facilitate KOL interactions, solicit insights, and gather feedback.

  • Oversee the execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery.

  • Interface with segment marketing and commercial teams to enable active Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management

  • Regularly assess the impact of the KOL management program and provide insights to improve effectiveness

  • Prepare quarterly reports on program updates and share with South Asia leadership

  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Critical thinker with an ambitious, solutions-oriented approach

  • Fluency in Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Demonstrated record of success in executing events

  • Established project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to travel 20-25% - including weekends.

  • 8+ years overall Event Management experience
