Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) for our Apple platforms. As a QAE, you will serve as the quality lead and strategic owner for large cross-functional projects, help define the software development processes used, scope test requirements, and lead other engineers in creating quality test plans. You will get the opportunity to define quality metrics for complex projects, and identify trends to prevent future defects.
A day in the life
You will work closely with the Product and UX teams as you develop high quality test plans for your features. As a QAE, you will be provided with multiple opportunities to show your leadership skills and recommend improvements to the way systems are designed and tested across Prime Video. You will be writing code using Swift and building automation the iOS platform. You will create tools, build scripts and invest in automation all with one final goal in mind - deliver a smooth and seamless video streaming experience to our customers.

- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer

- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
