This job is responsible for leading and directing local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supporting the local President in a metro or suburban market. Key responsibilities include serving as coordinator/convener of the local market leadership team, driving business integration, and overseeing employee engagement and community impact. Job expectations include acting as a proxy for the local President in representing the bank both internally and externally in the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with the local President to provide strategic and cohesive guidance across all Lines of Business to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drives business integration, leads the bank's community strategy, and oversees and promotes engagement from employees representing the bank.
- Provides strategy and direction on how the bank delivers local and enterprise assets to serve customers and clients across the market.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver the bank's message externally.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- Deep knowledge of the bank’s local market delivery strategy and the role of the Local Market Organization in the enterprise narrative
- Experience leading through change and influencing without direct authority
- Ability to identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategic initiatives and drive to achieve desired results
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed, results-oriented
