- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in process, policy, or program design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Global Mobility/Global Talent Mobility in a scaled environment.
- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large-scale transformation projects, developing and executing a mobility or tax service outlook.
- Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the United States and LATAM tax systems and global mobility tax concepts.
- Excellent people management, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
- Excellent process design skills.
