As an Analytics Solutions Manager - Vice President within our data management team, you will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy. Your role will ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability through effective governance, quality management, and integration processes. You will lead a team of data professionals, fostering a data-promote culture and continuously improving data delivery processes to support informed decision-making and promote organizational success.

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to define a data management strategy aligned with organizational goals and establish a roadmap for initiatives.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, defining standards and ownership guidelines.
• Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, establishing controls and validation procedures for accuracy and consistency.
• Design and oversee data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow, collaborating with IT for security and privacy.
• Work with analysts to create impactful reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented clearly for decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Leverage over 10 years of industry experience in the Data and Analytics domain to deliver impactful projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in handling large and complex data sets for data-related projects and products.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder and project management skills, including negotiation and collaboration.
• Lead and mentor teams of Data Analysts and Business Analysts, staying adept in the latest industry trends.
