About Applied

Seeking an individual with strong SABA Reporting skills. As a SABA Reporting Solutions Architect, you will develop reporting solutions linking technology, data and applications. You will work closely with Learning domain owners, Technology Resources, HR, and other departments to design, deliver and support the business requirements for LMS reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing reporting solutions that improve and achieve business goals consistent with the strategic intent.
  • Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems
  • Understand the day-to-day operations in SABA, the processes that drive data in the system and how to leverage data to derive insights
  • Develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with client requirements; Configure, test and deploy reporting changes and enhancements in SABA.
  • Serve as the HRIT reporting SME to help drive a better user experience in SABA.
  • Participate in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades including reporting in SABA.
  • Provide expertise for system and reporting issues and resolution with HR/Business users.
  • Partner with other HRIT Analysts to recommend process improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Streamline reports to achieve maximum optimization and automation.
  • Use HR and technical knowledge to influence, consult, communicate, and manage projects from design to successful implementation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SABA best practices

Requirements:

  • Required to work on database integrations hence exposure to DBMS is mandatory
  • Hands on good experience in handling Learning Management Systems, ideally SABA application.
  • 4-5 years of experience with SABA reporting; experience in HR Data and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet client requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve time-sensitive problems.
  • Ability to work in a high demand environment.
  • Good understanding of LMS products with appetite for process details.
  • Establish a close working rapport with the learning domain leads to understand underlying issues.
  • Understand reporting needs of various business units; be able to recommend solutions for these clients.
  • Have a good understanding of databases, SQL and data visualization tools
