Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• You develop, improve, and innovate Human Health's digital platforms, including native websites such as prikwijzer.nl, samentegenhpv.nl, and future websites Incorporate marketing automation and analytics tools.

• You measure and analyze web engagement on our digital platforms. Use insights to suggest and implement improvements based on data

• You ensure 24/7 access to websites, tools, and platforms. Proactively prevent security breaches

• You ensure compliant and secure usage of our websites and marketing automation tools, adhering to Dutch and European regulations

• You communicate and manage stakeholders, including local and global IT teams and local marketing teams

• You define requirements for global and regional organizations, specifying NL's needs in terms of tools, platforms, and functionalities. Test, accept, and implement changes accordingly

• You perform quality assurance by reviewing the quality and safety of work delivered by external vendors

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing or related discipline preferred

• Several years of marketing experience in technology and operations role(s)

• Preferably experience with WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, technical SEO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and SQL

• Preferably experience with agile development processes and methodologies.

• Preferably practical experience with generative AI

• Self-organized and structured, capable of defining tasks independently

• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Being able to communicate in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
