As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers with crafting tailored proposals and driving incremental business growth through strategic initiatives. This position is crucial for enhancing customer engagements and contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals.
Prepare proposals with direct customer contact.
Contribute to sales growth by: Retaining revenue from existing customers, Identifying and capturing new revenue at existing customers, Identifying and capturing new customers.
Manage customer queries and provide detailed product/service information. Expedite customer orders and verify accuracy to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitor activity. Ensure CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information. Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed to customers.
