Job Description
  • Develops, tests and implements software solutions.
  • Designs software solutions to address business needs.
  • Writes code, tests and deploys software.
  • Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
  • Maintains and debugs software and fix production issues by analyzing code, complex sql queries & stored Procedures.
  • Provide front line technical support to end users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Production Governance related to issues
  • Solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
  • Ability to assess initial severity, gather impacts, engage necessary support teams, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely restoration. Root cause and problem resolution follow-up.
  • As part of the L2 support team, participate in off hrs on call support on a rotational basis for production systems.
  • Experience with on call support for triaging problems, coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carryout activities related to incident and problem management.
  • Look for efficiency improvement in & productivity savings.
  • Drive & live by the culture of innovation resulting in highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency.
  • Apply automation and scripting to assist in proactive incident detection and management (self healing).
  • Work closely with Technology Infrastructure Teams, Development & Testing Teams in supporting Integrated / Independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, server upgrades.

Application Design, Architecture, Application Development Tools, Application Maintenance, Application Testing, Packaged Application Integration, System Development Life Cycle, Technical Troubleshooting, Technical Writing/DocumentationRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $137,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits to help meet your needs now and in the future.
