Technology Consulting, Non-Financial Services, Associate Analyst – Archer

Skills and attributes for success
- Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using Archer Agile or client-preferred Agile software.
- Direct customers on best practices across Archer products and platforms.
- Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for Archer product implementations.
- Development of client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics.
- Interface with Archer technical product teams as needed.
- Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards
- Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards.
- Ensuring technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Certifications such as Archer Certified Associate, Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist, Archer Certified Administrator - Expert
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs.
- 1+ years of experience as an Archer Developer.
- 1 or more years of experience in administration of an Archer instance including the management of users, groups, and roles
- Experience with Archer form and layout design configuration, development of field updates, advanced workflow, troubleshooting, complex calculations, different datafeeds, data imports, scheduled jobs, various notifications, data driven events, reports, dashboard, workspaces, Appearance, Record Permissions, deployment (package creation and installation).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain all certifications and micro certifications and continual progression in developer learning plans.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulately explain technical information.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with Archer Control panel, data publication, Web Services, REST API, Content API, MS SQL, report objects, custom objects, HTML, JavaScript, ASP .net.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication skills, team player, drives processes, and actively owns deliverables.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $54,900 to $111,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $65,900 to $127,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
