Analyze current business processes (Event, Incident and Problem Management) to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Design, implement and drive process optimization and improvements using data driven approaches or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, document workflows, and standardize procedures.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented processes.
Prepare and present regular key performance indicator performance reports to leadership, outlining key insights and areas for improvement.
Lead and manage process improvement projects.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer required from an accredited university
8+ years of professional experience in a similar function with focus on processes and IT operations
Proven experience in process manager or a similar process related role
Very high proficiency in Process optimization, communication and Management presentations is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of business operations and expertise in process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
