What you'll do:
- Scripting solutions for Macs in a Microsoft-centric environment and maintain platform parity.
- Architect and diagram all network and security requirements for the Mac platform
- Ability to work with SW configuration workflows to deploy via Jamf Pro ensuring the best user experience
- Ability to script and automate the implementation of Mac platform SW, security tools, certificate renewals, and MFA
- Ability to code in swift and understand and support developer workflows. DevOps and CI/CD
- Respond to escalations from L2 support
- Respond to system alerts, outages, service requests on an On Call basis
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- Familiarity with physical and virtual servers for caching, patch management, Active Directory amongst other services.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in a Mac/Apple-heavy technical troubleshooting role
- 5+ years' experience with administrating Jamf Pro or other MDM service for macOS
- Advanced knowledge of shell scripting
- Advanced knowledge of Networking HW, LAN and Wi-Fi, DNS, Proxy and Firewall configurations
- Understanding of information security concepts, such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP users and groups
- Jamf 300 and 400 certified
- Previous experience with major 3rd party vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, and Zoom
- Experience with 3rd party security tools on a Mac platform.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as IPv4, IPv6, TCP/UDP.
- Knowledge of network services such as NTP, SNMP, RADIUS, Syslog, etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 years’experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
