Required/Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum bachelar’s degree from a renowned university

• 9+ years’ experience in partner sales and digital advertising, with a proven track record in either the cross-border or domestic CN market

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders develop and execute successful sales strategies, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships.

• A results-driven, self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Agency Development & Management:

Deeply understand the China cross-border agency landscape and expand the agency portfolio to improve market coverage.

Foster internal and external partnerships to drive execution and ensure seamless account management.

Sales Focus:

Own and drive revenue targets from managed cross-border agencies through direct agency engagement and relationship building.

Industry Knowledge:

Share knowledge and industry insights with internal teams to enhance decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
