Your key responsibilities

• Participation in a structuring and advising on the business transactions, performing legal due diligences, resolving business disputes.
• Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of mergers & acquisitions, real estate, employment, tax, finance, etc.
• Seek and master your skills in those legal fields of interest that are crucial for nowadays business.
• Closely collaborating with senior lawyers.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• University degree (or being a last year student) in law, availability to work full time.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Curiosity and keeping up with the law developments.
• Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
• Being responsible, punctual, polite, and accurate.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
