Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define, document, and implement standardized global processes across different regions and business units
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Develop process metrics and KPIs to track performance and measure success
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different departments and geographies to ensure alignment and process execution
  • Facilitate communication and address concerns from end users and stakeholders regarding process changes and updates
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and enablers to advocate for process improvements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in highly regulated industry
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different global locations
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or ERP systems

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
