As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA),you will play a vital role in managing the collections process and ensuringtimely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Your primaryresponsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to developand implement collection policies and procedures. You will monitor and analyzecollection performance, providing regular reports to management. Additionally,you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputesrelated to collections. In this role, you will impact the financial performanceof the company and contribute to the success of the collections function.
You will report directly to our CollectionsManager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid workschedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to management
• Resolve escalatedcustomer issues and disputes related to collections

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management
• English proficient
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
