Job Description
- Be responsible for product marketing of Invisalign portfolio for teenager and younger patients; act as organization pivot in commercialization planning & execution, marketing asset development & localization, product trainer for both internal & external customers. product adoption tracking & analysis; co-ride with sales team, identify and promote best practices.
- Participate in growth strategy in teenager segments. Formulate customer insights including doctors, patients and parents, identify opportunity from market dynamics, design programs with clear targets and be responsible for delivering & sustaining results.
- GrowKOLs in teenager & Phase I orthodonticsand maintain close relationships for smooth cooperation, such as lectures, clinical evidences, consumer educations etc.
- Be the owner of Teen-related promotions, projects, marketing campaigns, design execution plan, work with stakeholders for delivery and improve ROI.
- Drive effective communications with teenagers and parents in collaboration with consumer marketing.
- Regularly report & analyze business performance including sales contribution, potential, product adoption, competition, market dynamics etc. to identify business insights & propose action plan.
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing roles; proven track record on product marketing; MBA is a plus.
- Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry and consumer marketing.
- Skillful at project management, event management, communication & presentation.
- Customer focus while as strategic thinking
- Ambitious, strong implementation and result-oriented mindset;
- Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
- A team player.
- Able to travel extensively within China (about 30% of working hours)
Education [Degree or equivalent experience]
- University degree in medicine/marketing/economics. Master or above is a plus
- Sales & Marketing experience in healthcare industry
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills;
