In the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) group, we will be developing the next-gen platform for provisioning, monitoring, and controlling large scale sustainable energy ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of BE software professionals (Java).
• Distill and clarify product and engineering requirements to your team members.
• Design, develop, and maintain micro-services and applications using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to analyze, design, and implement new features and functionality.
• Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues as they arise.
• Participate, lead, or drive Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and track delivery.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
