What will you do?
- Leading our demand management and delivery activities.
- Optimizing and improving our processes to improve efficiency and accelerate time to market.
- Understanding company processes (SDLC, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) to make sure that our products and services are fully compliant.
- Knowing well our stakeholders and understanding their needs and pain points related to our products and services.
- Working closely with delivery leads and engineering squads to continuously improve our delivery process and automate it as much as possible.
- Owning our demand and delivery related KPIs, making data-driven decisions based on them.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
- At least 8 years of experience in IT related positions - software engineering, product management, service delivery, etc.
- Experience in working with stakeholders - understanding needs and translating them to requirements for delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with stakeholders on the overall delivery plan.
- Experience in leading and coordinating the delivery of technical squads - planning and estimating effort, identifying risks and dependencies, removing obstacles, and supporting the technical squads in their work.
- Experience delivering IT solutions in a larger organization, assessing risks and dependencies from collaboration with other teams.
- Good knowledge of the processes related to software development in large enterprises - SDLC, change management, etc.
- Experience in agile delivery - focus on customers, short feedback cycles, focus on outcomes and value, data-driven decisions, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The official communication language is English.
