As aDelivery Manager (DM),you will be responsible for project deliveries managing a team that reports directly, overseeing the implementation of complex software applications effectively lead projects and teams while ensuring successful software deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee Telecom Core Network software development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (MS team, Customers, Cross-functional teams) to define the project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and motivate software development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and skillsets within the team. Identify and address any resource gaps to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and mentoring sessions.
- Engaging in code reviews and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in deliverables
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues proactively.
- Conduct regular quality checks, reviews , and audits. Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide post-project analysis to evaluate successes and areas of improvement.
- Driving the integration of Agile practises within technical teams to enhance collaboration and adaptability .
- Continuous focus on improving internal processes for better project outcomes (e.g., retrospectives, process audits, lean practices )
