What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of measurement analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Establish team priorities, performance KPIs, and development plans to align with business goals
Data Analysis, Insights Generation & Strategic Recommendations
- Translate complex datasets into compelling, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that drive advertiser success and business growth
- Deliver insights to clients and internal stakeholders in a persuasive, data-backed manner, ensuring they understand how to optimize their media investments for maximum impact
- Develop market and/or industry specific insights using market as well as Uber’s first party data to demonstrate the effectiveness of our platform
Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to advertisers and cross-functional teams, helping translate business objectives into measurable outcomes
- Work closely with Sales to present insights in a clear, compelling way that influences strategic decision-making
- Drive alignment across teams, ensuring analytics efforts directly support advertiser retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Ensure the team adheres to SLAs, quality standards, and established methodologies for measurement and reporting
- Optimize workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency in insight generation and reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years' experience in AdTech, analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related fields
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
- Strong expertise in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and performance measurement methodologies
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in AdTech, analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related fields
- 4+ years' experience leading a team of analytics professionals
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Programmatic DSPs) and third-party measurement tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning applications or GenAI in data analytics
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.
