Job Description:
1. Responsible for assigned PA business development as a territory account manager in CBTD.
2. Cooperate closely with territory sales manager in carrying out sales plan and deliver results.
3. Drive distributor and retail shop KPI management and business expansion.
4. Drive OEM and PDI customer management and market penetration.
5. New product launch preparation and reach commercialization target in territory.
6. Conduct market survey for assigned product and segment analysis to understand market and customer needs
7. Other requirements from the supervisor.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 5+ years related working experience of sales function in related industry. Multinational company, OEM KA,PDI sales background are preferred.
3. Innovative, good analytical and selling skills.
4. Solid problem solving and execution.
5. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
6. Good English communication skill both in written and oral.
7. Good PC software such as Excel/PPT skills.
