- Ability to influence and guide customer stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation through technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with key customer stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges
- Highly technical and analytical, possessing ten (10) or more years of IT implementation experience. Deep hands-on experience leading the end to end architecture, design, development and deployment of software, systems, and infrastructure at scale. Current hands-on code and/or script development skills
- Experience with agile approaches and experience in DevOps, related disciplines and technologies such as Infrastructure as Code. Proven experience with software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- BS level technical degree required; Computer Science background preferred

- Experience in implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments· Integration of AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.
- Hands-on experience with IP networking, routing, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements in a regulated field (eg. security, privacy, SOX, PII, GDPR, HIPPA etc.)
- Prior experience in a consulting role
