This is a temporary backfill for maternity leave.

As a Materials Replenishment and Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely supply of direct materials necessary for the production of the Administration Systems. You will also provide support upon request in the replenishment of Drug Delivery items , and assist with the purchasing and importation of machinery related goods.

• Oversee West IL Raw Material inventory levels and adjust procurement plan accordingly.
• Run and maintain MRP reports defined to meet production needs.
• Interface with relevant functions for artwork approval prior to issuing Po’s
• Transfer materials between sub-contractor to balance inventory levels as needed.
• Maintaining full levels of raw materials in the Company and responsibility for exports of raw materials to subcontractors abroad
• Issue Purchase Orders, via the ERP system, to approved suppliers to procure materials.
• Coordinating and monitoring QA release on time and logistic by giving prioritization.
• Act as the focal point for suppliers in aspects related to routine direct materials replenishment.
• Initiate and Track deliveries plan from the suppliers to West IL and inform in a timely manner on any delays.Work with main forwarder to control and track raw material import and export to West IL facilities

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent in supply chain area

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain department in global organization
• Experience in ERP system- SAP an advantage
• High knowledge in Excel
• Advatanage -experiance in Pharama industry

• Basic knowledge of master production schedule and MRP
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Traveling to West Shlomi site on bi-montly basis

• Production Planning:
  • Create firmed 3-month production plans in SAP .
  • Ensure material availability .
• Inventory & Quality Management:
  • Manage raw material and bulk inventory ; prevent OOS .
  • Monitor API expiry , manage re-testing, and support destruction.
  • Ensure materials comply with CEP/DMF and approved suppliers, considering lead times .
  • Reserve materials for customers.
• Coordination & Analysis:
  • Liaise with Supply Service, Scheduling, and Planner Buyers.
  • Serve as the Supply Chain quality contact .
  • Support bridging stock discussions and provide data (lead times, stock coverage).
  • Maintain planning data accuracy ; analyze inventory.
• Compliance & Improvement:
  • Document/investigate deviations, report to QA, and suggest/implement preventive actions .
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, Health & Safety .
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements
Data analysis in the field of inventory management.

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
• Professional experience in Planning department and data analysis
• Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI;
• Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Reviews and releases planned orders, generates purchase orders, and submits them to vendors.

• Monitors and adjusts purchase orders and scheduling agreements to meet production needs.

• Adapts procurement plans based on production schedules and forecasts.

• Identifies and resolves long-term material availability issues.

• Coordinates special deliveries and communicates expected arrival dates.

• Supports receipt/invoice discrepancy resolution with internal teams.

• Maintains optimal inventory levels and ERP procurement parameters.

• Ensures compliance with company standards, including cGMP and safety regulations

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the Planning or Purchasing department.
• Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and BI;
• Customer orientation, Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
