What You’ll Be Doing:

In the position of Senior QA Software Engineer, you will have a key role in assuring our products meet high-quality standards! Your tasks will consist of:

• Collaborating on projects involving ITU-T standards like G.8273.2 Class-C/D Boundary Clocks.

• Applying your deep knowledge of communication network standards to validate and improve product quality.

• Testing and verifying clock synchronization protocols, including Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE) and Precision Time Protocol (PTP).

• Defining and implementing test topologies and setups to ensure comprehensive product coverage.

• Participating in requirements, build, and feature reviews, providing QA insights and feedback.

• Engaging with customers, presenting solutions, assisting in debugging on customer environments, and supporting integration efforts.

• Staying up-to-date with emerging networking standards, features, and technologies to continually expand QA coverage.

• Implementing and composing manual and automated firmware and system-level tests in a Linux environment.

What We Need to See:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of practical experience working with telecommunication network protocols.

• Strong networking and system-level testing background.

• Solid programming skills (preferably in Python, C, or C++).

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Proven experience as a Telecommunication QA Engineer and Python scripting and automation skills.

• Familiarity with ITU-T standards and synchronization protocols, such as SyncE and PTP or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with SSM (Synchronous Status Message) or ESMC (Ethernet Synchronization Message Channel) testing.

• Experience in noise generation and network security standards testing.

• Demonstrated success working directly with customers in integration or debugging scenarios.

This role will cover Machine Identity Solutions in the UK and Irish market.

Please note that this is a hybrid role from Tuesday to Thursday based in our office in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools, & marketing leads provided
• Cold call into major accounts to uncover potential contacts and set meetings
• Ability to understand and communicate CyberArk’s role in the privileged account security space
• Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to drive engagement
• Determine and understand a prospect company’s primary business issues to match a fitting solution
• Drive traffic to various online and offline events including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars, and seminars
• Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
• Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce
• Professionally represent yourself and CyberArk at all times to prospects, customers, and vendors

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in sales/business development role, preferably selling software/technology solutions and managing the “cultivation” phase of the sales cycle
• Native English
• Cold calling experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments
• Background or experience in technology / information security / software selling
• Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
• Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently)
• Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to embrace the team culture approach
• Works well in a matrix organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior product leaders to implement the product roadmap with a focus on application integrations and connectivity with third-party platforms.
• Define clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely, scalable, and robust delivery of features.
• Work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Conduct product demos for internal stakeholders and customers, showcasing product capabilities and new features.
• Engage with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements.
• Drive product integration initiatives by enabling seamless connectivity with applications, platforms, and services through APIs and related technologies.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
• Develop and maintain clear product documentation, specifications, and training materials to support adoption and customer success.

• 5+ years of product management/ product owner experience in application integrations or enterprise software.

• Strong experience and understanding of application integration concepts (APIs, SDKs, connectors, event-driven architectures, etc.) –mandatory.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable requirements.
• Hands-on experience in agile environments, including participation in related ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
• Comfortable delivering product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development practices.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation, user stories, and specifications.

What you'll be doing:

• Review arch design and requirements documents for new features introduced in several domains like Infiniband and Ethernet Switches and NICs, Nvidia GPUs, NVLINK, Linkx and more.

• Design, develop, and perform tests for the new features, as part of FW GA or update releases.

• Automate newly added tests in the existing automation framework, and add new capabilities and features to the framework.

• Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, and raise if not fixed.

• Conduct tests in various areas, including regression, performance, functional, and security. Keep track of testing progress and generate summary reports of testing activities.

• Fully collaborate with different external teams like : :product marketing, R&D, and verification.

• Define and build setups topologies for appropriate product coverage.
