Your role:

• Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
• implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
• Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
• Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
• Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements.
• Manage digital transformation with digitization and automation solutions including designing, developing, and maintaining local software applications.

Your expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
• Minium 1 year of experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues under guidance.
• Assist in handling service desk tickets and providing first-level support.
• Microsoft technical certifications is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Good Team Player with strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
