Job Responsibilities
1) Cost accounting
Collect and organize cost related data, including raw material procurement costs, production costs, labor costs, etc
● Product cost accounting, allocating and collecting expenses incurred according to their purpose, calculating the total cost and unit cost of various products
Cost control and analysis, comparing planned and actual cost data from previous years, analyzing the reasons for differences, and proposing improvement measures
Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of the cost structure of the product and identifying key points for cost control
2) Budget management
● Participate in the annual budget formulation meeting, collect budget data from various departments, summarize and preliminarily review budget content, and assist the finance manager in preparing PL
Track and manage budget execution to ensure the rationality and feasibility of the budget● Data entry of funds, personnel, investments, etc. in TMA
3) Asset Investment Management4)Monthly/quarterly/year-endsettlement
Review of current monthly expenses and estimation of expenses that have occurred but have not yet been invoiced
Evaluation of Quality Assurance Deposit(Quarterly)/Inventory(Annual)
Quarterly JE Package, POR and other settlement report materials
Other reporting materials required by the group or JEO
5) Audit work
PWC statutory pre-approval and annual review; Audit of the Group's Fiscal Year
● Internal audit of the group

Registration, change, payment filing, etc. of commission fees by the Commerce Bureau
