Job Purpose

  • Motivated high sales achiever.
  • The position requires an individual to be responsible for providing clients with a high level of professionalism, whilst maximising the revenue opportunities for the company. This includes identifying and generating new business opportunities and closing sales.
  • Achieve personal sales target with the will to drive for over target performance.
  • Initiating and managing sales campaigns, working with other divisions of ICE to ensure cross-selling activities are carried out.
  • Continually review competitive landscape and identify leads and new areas of direction for the business.
  • Provide Sales Management with weekly and monthly updates versus targets.
  • Accurate forecasting.
  • Contribute to business growth in Singapore and India Regions

Responsibilities

  • Winning new business opportunities within the region including commercial agreement, negotiation and closing new business.
  • Generation of new business opportunities through partnerships.
  • Provide effective proposals to prospects.
  • Provide regular management feedback on pipeline activity and sales targets.
  • Be actively involved in the promotion and positioning of ICE in Asia.
  • Feedback to management team regarding key issues in the marketplace.
  • Represent the company at industry groups and working parties - where practical.
  • A natural self-starter and the ability to use own initiative is crucial to the success in this role.
  • The ability to communicate well with clients and internal colleagues from all business units and levels.
  • The desire and drive to meet and exceed targets / business objectives.
  • Relate to all levels both within ICE and external organisations.
  • Highly results driven.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Maintain effective relationships with individuals and the team as a whole.

  • Proven track record of strong sales in financial services industry.
  • Proficient PC applications skills (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as knowledge of key competitive offerings.
  • Higher education level; degree level preferred.
  • Must be able to speak English

Job Purpose

Establish and implement advanced data management procedures, tools, and methodologies to address the complex and evolving needs of the Commodity & Equity Derivatives market. Leverage mathematical and statistical techniques to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of data processes, ensuring optimal data flow across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Detect anomalies and automatically perform the appropriate remediation action, improving data quality, consistency and reliability.
  • Perform analyses on large quantities of data to identify trends and automate the recalibration of the model parameters that generates our implied data (volatility surfaces, implied dividends, correlations, projected dividends, securities lending…).
  • Utilize in depth understanding of the Equity Derivatives market and technical skills to provide detailed analysis to clients on their pricing of complex structured products and portfolio valuation.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated monitoring, and dynamic thresholds.
  • Initiate projects, write specs, interact with R&D, Quants, Dev and Q&A until final push to production.
  • Be part of the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.
  • Leverage programming skills and financial market experience to clean large data sets of historical implied data.
  • Keep up with the industry trends and innovation in the Commodity & Equity Derivatives industry and data quality domain.
  • Collaborate closely with Product team and give feedback on client’s challenges to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions to enhance our clients’ business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to escalate bugs or client’s requirements to Quants and explain technical processes and solutions to Business Partners and Sales

Knowledge and Experience

  • BA/BSc in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, engineering, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
  • MBA /MA - an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Derivatives industry (sales or trading) - sell-side or buy-side.
  • Experience in ETL processes and broader data workflow engineering concepts.
  • Very strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or R, big data - an advantage.
  • Experience working with data products and platforms.

  • Experience in cloud and container security, including incident response in AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
  • Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms.
