  • Relevant & demonstratable experience/involvement with evaluation of new and existing tools within the recruitment ecosystem such as Eightfold, Video interview vendor integrations with Workday, Digital signatures, assessments, etc.

  • Should be an expert in Workday HCM functional configuration with demonstrated capabilities in redesigning recruiting business processes for large scale transformations.

  • Should have intermediate to advanced understanding of Workday supported integrations including file formats like XML, XSLT, JSON etc.

The primary purpose of the Test Manager is to ensure new systems launches and existing system upgrades deliver the required functionality to the quality expected.


The Test Manager will work with sponsors and key stakeholders to assess the risk appetite and devise a test strategy and plan. They will oversee the execution of the plan and provide a go / no go recommendation to the sponsors at the end of the testing phase.Test Managers will also be responsible for driving the implementation of the Test Strategy, focused on “shifting to the left”. This includes more involvement with the BAs and development team to ensure requirements are unambiguous and match client expectations.
We work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with sponsors / stakeholders to understand the risk appetite for any system change
  • Define test strategy, both internal testing and Joint Client testing
  • Apply Shift to Left testing approach withVendors/BA’s/Stakeholdersand Clients to manage risk within Testing
  • Define and manage progress of Testing plan
  • Manage Level of Effort and timelines for testing
  • Manage workshops with Business SMEs/BAs/Client
  • Manage creation of test scripts/cases for execution in user acceptance testing (both internal and external) phases
  • Manage execution of test scripts and review actual results against expected results, in accordance with the prescribed test plan
  • Chair Defect calls and Work with the system supplier to analyse and resolve defects identified during all test phases
  • Provide daily reporting on test execution & defect management to the Test and Project Managers
  • Create and maintain productive working relationships with peers, the clients and the vendors
  • Produce go / no go recommendation based on test execution results

As part of CCAR, the Federal Reserve evaluates institutions' capital adequacy, internal capital adequacy assessment processes, and their plans to make capital distributions, such as dividend payments or stock repurchases.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of econometric forecasting models for key Balance sheet and income statement line items for capital and business planning purposes. This includes the calculation of Net Interest Income (“NII”), Non-Interest Revenue (“NIR”), Interest Rate Exposure (“IRE”), and other associated interest rate risk metrics.
  • Developing Champion and Challenger models using different time series forecasting methodologies to comply with SR 15-18 guidance.
  • Development of Benchmark models using Industry data series to meet regulatory requirements
  • Manage the model life-cycle from first-line of defense perspective and participate in Segmentation, Risk Identification, overlay discussions with Businesses and Finance teams.
  • Responsible for understanding changes to quantitative requirements published by MRM in Model Testing Guidance and presenting the key changes to senior model development leads. Also, be a champion in addressing observations raised by MRM and Internal Audit in a quantitative manner by thinking out-of-box.
  • Contribute to model convergence initiatives as part of firm’s Transformation journey for different businesses. Responsible to explain model results to front-office / FP&A teams during quarterly model runs under different scenarios provided by Economic Scenario Group.
  • Responsible in seeking sign-offs on final selected models from key stakeholder such as Business heads, FP&A head, Treasury and Risk.

Qualifications / skill sets:

  • 6-8 years of relevant statistical /business experience in financial services

  • Relevant & demonstratable experience/involvement with evaluation of new and existing tools within the recruitment ecosystem such as Eightfold, Video interview vendor integrations with Workday, Digital signatures, assessments, etc.

  • Should be an expert in Workday HCM functional configuration with demonstrated capabilities in redesigning recruiting business processes for large scale transformations.

  • Should have intermediate to advanced understanding of Workday supported integrations including file formats like XML, XSLT, JSON etc.

  • Demonstrated transformationalbusiness analystskills todrive

Soft Skills

  • In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end testing processes, Quality Center, and other testing related tools.

  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.

  • Ability to strategically evaluate and provide insights and opportunities based on previous experience in recruitment technology space, along with associated metrics and market valuation.

  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter in terms of filling knowledge gaps.

  • Act as an internal consultant.
