Technical Account Manager EMEA is a role designed for experienced technology professionals looking to become an important part of a team whose primary goal is to ensure customer success. As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities include providing oversight and strategic guidance to clients as they move through their technology roadmap. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and project management to ensure client products and services are deployed, customized, and optimized to meet the customer’s needs. This includes developing a deep understanding of client processes and workflows and proactively assessing their needs. You will ensure the delivery of technical solutions, coordinate resources, and prioritize development efforts. You will also drive the resolution of technical issues, oversee the tracking and resolution of user tickets, and identify areas for improvement. Moreover, you will drive customer engagement, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and foster deep relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams. If you have a knack for problem-solving and an affinity for technology, then this may be the perfect opportunity.
