You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating a robust candidate pool, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methodologies. You will utilize your understanding of the tech industry to ensure qualified applicants meet the highest standards and qualifications. You will build and maintain relationships with applicants to extend referral networks, attend and participate in industry job fairs, and represent your company at recruiting events.
You will creatively think of novel ways to attract the brightest professionals in the tech field, whether through a large-scale ad campaign or more targeted methods, such as recommending and promoting open tech positions to industry professionals.
You will utilize thoughtful investigation to assess the merit and potential of a new hire and have a deep understanding of diversity and equal opportunity hiring policies. Being a tech talent manager requires a theoretical and practical foundation of the recruitment and hiring process.
