As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and selection process. This includes evaluating job candidates, maintaining relationships with external vendors, creating and implementing recruiting plans, monitoring candidate selection metrics, and keeping up-to-date with ever-changing recruiting trends. You must also be skilled at working collaboratively with various departments, including HR and Operations, to develop and execute new processes, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience every step of the way.
