As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing the requirements of businesses, understanding their needs, and formulating clear action plans to meet their goals. This includes providing detailed reports and technical solutions, as well as configuring key features in the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for consulting, coaching, and training teams on all aspects of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, the Salesforce Admin portal, Salesforce for Outlook, the marketing cloud, and integration between applications.
