An Expoint Sales Coordinator is an essential part of any organization’s success in the tech industry. This role is often the first point of contact for customers and must demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company’s products and services. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, and gathering customer feedback to help improve customer experience. They will also have a good understanding of sales operations and the pipeline with an emphasis on customer service. The Sales Coordinator must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams.
