An Expoint Sales Coordinator is an essential part of any organization’s success in the tech industry. This role is often the first point of contact for customers and must demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company’s products and services. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, and gathering customer feedback to help improve customer experience. This role will require the candidate to exercise their diplomatic communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
