The sales lead role at Expoint is a highly coveted position within the tech industry – one sought after by tech professionals who seek to be a part of an exciting, cutting-edge organization. The sales lead is the face of Expoint and is responsible for involving and engaging customers, gathering intelligence, and driving growth of Expoint’s services.
The sales lead will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and trailblazers in the tech industry and understand their business objectives and challenges. They will leverage their deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and the unique value proposition Expoint offers to tailor and deliver custom solutions that maximize ROI for clients. Their observation and analysis skills will help identify and act on potential strategic business opportunities for Expoint.
The sales lead will use their visionary thinking and impeccable communication skills to develop, update and implement high-impact sales plans. They will be adept at putting together strategic presentations tailored to the customer’s needs, as well as organizing and leading workshops or demonstrations. Besides the day-to-day tasks, the sales lead will proactively contribute ideas and solutions to complex business problems.
The successful candidate for this position should have a deep understanding of the Tech industry, an in-depth knowledge of Expoint’s products and services, and a proven track record of successful sales. Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and exceptional communication skills are absolute must-haves.
