As a QA Manager on Expoint, you will be a key member of the software development team, ensuring that the products released meet the high standards of our users. You'll assess the results of QA testing to root out any issues and create reports. When you identify an issue, you'll assess the business impact of the issue and package it in a report for stakeholders to understand. You will also be responsible for attending various meetings to ensure fast-paced decision making. You must have a keen technical mindset and a knowledge of the software architecture and back-end services. You'll also be expected to coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as development and customer support, to ensure testing and release meets deadlines.
