As a product developer at Expoint, you will serve as the fundamental link between business stakeholders, software engineers, and other Expoint members. You will work with project teams to generate, specify, and implement key business ideas and projects into innovative products, services, and solutions. In other words, you will bring to life great product ideas that translate into business solutions. Some of your daily responsibilities will include researching and understanding customers’ needs and wants, translating requirements into product designs, acting as an intermediary between product engineering teams, and communicating project progress to team members and stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of supported products, which includes the development processes, best practices, debugging, and support procedures. In addition, you will coordinate with the product engineering teams to ensure that the products created meet company standards, customer needs, and the constraints of their respective development teams. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who can identify and define product development processes, have good negotiation skills, be excellent communicators, and be highly organized.
