Your key responsibilities

As a Claims Processor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating claims related to a large natural disaster for completeness and accuracy. Once claims are assigned, you will conduct initial assessments of the submitted documents and identify any gaps or discrepancies that may require further information and attention. Your responsibilities will include documenting findings and determining the appropriate next steps for each claim, facilitating a smooth and timely claims process. You will collaborate with team members to escalate issues and resolve claims, all while maintaining a strong focus on the integrity of the process.

  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary

  • Experience with conducting document review on industry standard document review hosting platforms.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. You'll learn about payment processing, and the financial services industry. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact.

In this role you'll be performing general clerical operations tasks that As an Associate Operations, you will follow payments through the steps in the lifecycle such as reviewing, sorting, imagining and keying information into a proprietary processing system while verifying or matching data on documents, performing data entry tasks and routine math calculations. Other duties may include opening, receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail.

The successful Associate Operations Processor will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately. The working environment is fun with a casual dress code in a highly secure facility.

In this role, you will:
