As our Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships between our platform and our clients.
You will be expected to build and grow our client base through effective sales and marketing campaigns. You will need to be comfortable communicating via phone and email as well as in person as this role will involve travel and attending industry events. Your daily tasks will include conducting in-depth research on the industry and our clients, contacting potential customers, negotiating contracts, and working with our team of professionals to create a comprehensive, integrated sales strategy.

As an Account Manager, you will need to provide our clients with in-depth analyses of the services we offer, as well as expert advice on pricing, lead generation, market sizing and other areas. You will also be responsible for developing a detailed overview of the market, contact relevant stakeholders and resolve any customer service issues that may arise.
